CeeCee living uses paypal for all our online credit/Debit card transactions. Paypal are one of the world\’s leading third party credit/debit card processors and offer a safe and secure online trading environment. When making a payment with Paypal you will be taken to their website to make your payment and then returned to us to complete your order. Ordering information
You can order online by adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping go to the checkout and you will be instructed on how to complete your order. International orders
We regret that if your order is being despatched to an address outside of the UK, it is possible that the local customs may impose additional import duties and custom charges. You will be responsible for these charges.

Delivery
When you place an order with CeeCee Living we aim to despatch it within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock we will email you with an expected delivery date.

UK delivery
When placing an order with us, you will be given postage options during the checkout process. Select the type of postage you require, the cost will then be added to your order. Please be aware that delivery dates vary depending on the type of delivery selected. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

Overseas delivery
When placing an order from overseas you will be given postage options during the checkout process. Please select international shipping and your postage will be calculated once your postal address has been entered. Please be aware we cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery. International orders may be subject to import duties. CeeCee Living is not responsible for these charges.

Returns
To return an item please email us on info@ceeceeliving.co.uk to initiate the process. You must do this within 14 days of despatch. Please remember to ask for a proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Refunds will be given on all faulty or unused goods as long as they are in their original packaging. For all refunds we require proof of purchase.

Overseas returns
Please email info@ceeceeliving.co.uk to initiate the process. Our returns policy extends to 28 days from despatch for orders posted overseas. Please remember to ask for proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. For all refunds proof of purchase is required.
